What type of lock would work on a leverlock coupler its square and no lip

The Fastway Universal Coupler Lock for 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" Couplers # FA86-0015-312 should work just fine for your squared coupler. If you check out the attached photo you can see when we installed this on a squared coupler.
I have also attached a review video where we installed this on a variety of couplers that you can check out.
