The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11326 is the only available trailer hitch for a 2007 Saab 9-3 Convertible so that is what you'll want to use. It does not require any drilling for installation. The 17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier part # C18145 would then be a prefect option for this to carry luggage.
