I am looking for a tonneau cover that will open with rack crossbars that will work with a Yakima highlander bike rack. Please help me find something.

I do have some great tonneau cover options for a 2020 Jeep Gladiator like the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover part # BAK88ZR which is what I recommend.
That said, none of which have any way to integrate crossbars. Therefore, your best option for this would be a roof rack like the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbar System (Hard Top Models Only) part # TH711520 and part # TH65BJ.
