Hello To improve towing, what is the best AirLift for a stock 2018 4Runner TRD Off road? Any advantage of coil springs change? Which ones? Thanks

The Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F4135 is the correct fit for your 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road. Air Lift brand doesn't have a confirmed fit at this time for your vehicle, so I recommend using the Firestone brand. This air spring will fit inside the coil springs to provide additional support.
If you want to utilize a compressor system to adjust the air in your springs I recommend using the Air Lift Air Shock Controller Compressor System for Air Shock Absorbers - 160 psi # AL25804. This will give you a great system for easy adjustment at the push of a button from inside the cabin of your vehicle.
