In order to haul two kayaks you'll need to use either a roof rack or a ladder rack. The hitch extender options are really only good for one kayak. If the tonneau cover mounts inside the bed and the stake pockets are not covered you can use the Adarac Aluminum Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4001234 which has integrate channels that will allow you to use a carrier like the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier part # RRS520.

My stake pockets are covered so that won't work. It's a 2019.

For a roof rack that is a confirmed fit for a 2019 Ford F-150, you can use the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System part # RRVA150B-2, part # RRRLKVA, and part # DK427. Then in order to secure the kayaks, the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier part # RRS520 will work here as well.
