Can I leave the hydro flush on camper all the time As my black tank flush or do I have to remove it after cleaning black tank because I’m a seasonal camper and use pvc pipe into campgrounds pipe

You can leave the Valterra Hydroflush Reverse Flush Adapter # F02-4100 installed all the time if you wish, but that just means there is more likely of a chance that this could get damaged depending on how low or far out it will be sitting.
If you are asking about whether or not to just leave the waste valve open all the time then I guess that could be okay as long as you have a dump station dedicated to your camping location.
