Is the 20K Reese Goose Box Compatible with 15K Trailer?
Updated 06/05/2020 | Published 06/04/2020 >
Question:
My fifth wheel weighs around 15k loaded. Should I stick with the 16k Goose box or go to the bigger 20K version in case I upgrade my camper? I don’t know if the 20K version will work right on a lighter camper. Thanks!

Using the 20K Reese Goose Box # RP85FR won't impact the ride of your 15K trailer because you can adjust the air ride. If you think you will upgrade in size at some point, then I definitely recommend getting the larger capacity option as it doesn't hurt anything and may keep you from needing to upgrade to a larger size later.
