There are only a few hydraulic drum brake actuators that come with electric lockouts, and the right one will depend on the size of the channel you are bolting it to. The Titan Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Drop and Electric Lockout # T4854020 is large, fitting on a 4" wide channel and coupling to a 2-5/16" hitch ball.
Based on your trailer's GVWR of just under 6,000 lbs you likely have a 3" wide channel (though you will need to verify this). So what I recommend instead is the Titan Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout - Drum - Zinc - 5 Position Adjustable Channel # T4857220.
The coupler portion of this comes separately with the Titan Trailer Coupler - Adjustable Channel Mount - Trigger Latch - Zinc - 2-5/16" Ball # T4721500.
I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
