Question:

Will the curt 12172 hitch fit the 2018 Lexus nx300 f sport? When I use the ion tool, the only choice for this hitch is base. F sport is not a choice. Also, are there are other hitches that are less visible for this vehicle? Thank you!

Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch # C12172 will fit your 2018 Lexus NX 300 with the F Sport package. If you don't already have the trailer hitch then I actually recommend going with the Curt # C13337 instead because it has a 2" hitch receiver that will be compatible with a wider variety of accessories. I have attached an installation video that you can check out.

These are the only 2 hitches available for your Lexus NX 300 so there isn't anything with the hidden crosstube like what you're referring to.
