Question:
Why doesnt your Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector Item # 56002 work with my 2013 Suzuki SX4 if it works with a 2010 SX4?

There was actually a generation change in the Suzuki SX4 from the 2010 to your 2013. That's why the Curt T-Connector # 56002 will fit the older model year.
For your 2013 you will need to use a wiring kit that splices in. The Curt equivalent is part # C59236 but if you're looking for something that doesn't require splicing into your OEM wiring then the Tekonsha ZCI # 119250KIT is what you're after. This basically clamps onto your vehicle wiring and detects when it needs to send power (via your vehicle battery) back to your trailer lights.
