Looking to mount this to a Grand Design 2020 23BHE travel trailer. Do you know if it would work?

Most likely not but we do have a better option with the part # 13703. This hitch was designed for fitting RV frames like yours and would work well as long as the frame of your Grand Design is between 22 and 72 inches in width. I attached an install video for this hitch for you to check out as well.
