Troubleshooting Patriot Braking System Setup

Question:
I turn on the system and press setup and it will not work does not press in 3 times like it is supposed to.

If you look at the installation instructions for the Patriot # BLU37TR attached, the actuator arm will cycle only once, pumping the brake pedal only once, then remain in a ready position. This is number 9 on page 6 of 12.
