The mounting brackets we offer for the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top and Side Steps part # F008584 are the Mounting Brackets for Trailer Fender part # CE26098G-2. That said, these mounting brackets are not really specific to any one type of frame but they should work just fine on a c-channel.
