Replacement Step Pads for Jeep Wrangler Which Measure 18-3/4" Long

Question:
Dont know the brand of nerf bars and there is no brand on old step pads. Here are dimensions on old pads. 5 pins. 18-3/4 total length of pad. End pins are 3/4 from end of pad. Next pins are 3-7/8 from end pins and one is 4-3/8 from center pin and other is 5-1/8 from center pin. All pins are centered on pad linearly. If necessary I can drill new holes in bar but would like to drill the least number of new holes. Jeep is a 4 door wrangler unlimited. I appreciate any help you can give me. The closest match we have for a step pad which measures 18-3/4" is the Replacement Step Pad for Westin Oval Tube Steps part # 22-5002 which would require you to drill holes for the pegs but that's the only option we have.
