I'll start out by saying that a standard bathtub is only usually 14"-17" deep, and RV bathtubs will be around 11" deep. There won't be a tub available that is 24" deep, if that is the 3rd dimension that you mentioned. With that said there are a number of bathtubs we have available that are designed to fit in a 40-1/4" x 24" space in your RV or camper.
With that said, the Better Bath # LC209673 that you looked at is 40-1/4" x 24" and will fit in the space you mentioned- the 1/4" difference is likely just down to a margin of error during measurements- so this will work in that space. You will want to make sure that your tub has the drain on the left hand side to use this as your replacement. If you need a right hand drain, part # LC209678 is the correct replacement tub.
Since this tub does not come with a drain included, you can use the LaSalle Bristol RV Bathtub Drain w/ Stopper - 1-7/8" Diameter - Chrome # 34465CAR227PS.
I've also linked the other tubs that measure 40-1/4" x 24" we have available for you to look at, as well.
