I want to purchase a back seat mattress and I would like to know if #341028 is a good opction for a Dodge Ram 2007.

Although we haven't test fit it in a 2007 Dodge Ram as of yet (May 2020), the Pittman Outdoors Rear Seat Air Mattress w Portable 12V Pump # 341028 is a universal fit and is designed for full-sized trucks so it will fit your vehicle just fine. If you check out the pictures that other people have sent in you can see that it has been used for other trucks and fits really well.
