The Curt gooseneck rail kit you mentioned does not fit your 2005 Ford F-250 short bed and also this is just a rail kit and not a complete hitch setup. For a Curt folding hitch that does fit your truck you'd want the part # C61332-52.
Or for just the rails # C61332.
