The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13414 is indeed a fit for a 2007 Jeep Commander and it's available for purchase. It offers easy bolt-on installation and it has a hidden designed for the best overall look. I have attached an install video for you below as well. It should only take around thirty minutes.
If you will be towing then you'll also need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118408 which is plug-in-play and the etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
