Ratchet Strap Recommendation that Can be Bolted Directly to the Trailer Frame

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to mount these ratchet straps with a bolt to a frame. I want the ratchet itself to be stationary. If this is not possible with this product 05519 is there another stainless steel 1inch or 1.5inch ratchet that can be mounted with a bolt? Thank you

I have an option that will work for you, but, the Erickson Ratcheting Tie-Down Straps # EM04418 were not designed to be bolted to the frame of a trailer. Instead, I would take a look at theRetractable Ratchet Straps for Thule TracRac Truck Bed Ladder Racks - Qty 2, Item # CBTH12 The ratchet of this product is designed to be bolted down.
