We do have bumpers for your 2004 Chevy Suburban but the Westin Fey Diamondstep, part # 66000, is designed to fit smaller trucks like the S-10 and Ranger. There isn't hardware to make it fit your truck.
The Westin Perfect Match Series is the bumper you need; part # 32014 (black powder coat). The correct hardware is included.
