Will the power mirror adjustment work with your mirror. I dont have the heat unit on mine Thank you

I have confirmed with the Tech folks at K-Source that the # KS62076GE mirror will fit your 2005 GMC Sierra.
Because your truck does not have the heated mirror option, the heated mirror will not function, but the mirror will install, the electrical connectors will match up and the glass in the towing mirror will electrically adjust. The mirror will need to be telescoped manually.
