Pivoting of Head on Curt E16 5th Wheel Head

Does the head pivot side to side at all or is it fixed.

The Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Roller - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # 16516 will pivot side to side and front to back. This allows you to connect and disconnect on slightly unlevel ground. I've attached a couple videos to assist with the visual.
