I have a rack in my 2015 Toyota Tacoma and lost the big black threaded knob can I get just that knob

We do have some replacement adjuster knobs for ladder racks like the Thule TracRac # TAKB-90030-1. I've linked our selection for you to filter through but if you can let me know what ladder rack you have I can see which one would be correct for your application.
