Will your air distribution box with built in thermostat item ACDB work on a Carrier unit ??

The Air Distribution Box w/ Built-In Thermostat for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ACDB will work with the Carrier AC unit. It however will need you to customize your wiring. There is wiring kit # ACCARKIT which is for the opposite...using the advent AC unit with the Carrier distribution box, but there isn't a wiring kit for the opposite that you are seeking.
