While the Thule Apex XT 5 Bike Rack # TH9026XT does have a weight capacity of 150 lbs, this is for when it is fully loaded to 4 or 5 bikes (30 lbs - 35 lbs per bike). The individual cradles won't be able to handle a 50 lb bike so we'll need to find an alternative to transport your E-Bike.
An alternative option from Yakima is the HoldUp 2 Bike Rack # Y02443 which can carry up to 2 bikes weighing 60 lbs each. If you need to carry more bikes the you can then use the Plus 2 2-Bike Add-On # Y02446 to carry up to 4 bikes. Should you plan to transport more bikes right off the bat this combination is available already kitted together as part # Y02443-2. I have attached a review video for you to check out.
Please note that this is a wheel mount bike rack so it is compatible with basically any frame style out there as long as it doesn't have a front fender. If you do have a front fender please let me know and I can help you find the best solution for your application.
