European Trailer Wiring Bike Carrier to US Standard Trailer Wiring

I was recently in Europe with the Canadian Army and brought back a Trek Easyfold 2 bicycle carrier and would like to fit it to a North American vehicle. I see that you have the 50mm ball attachment that I need for my trailer witch assembly. Do you have a plug adapter conversion assembly that would allow for the connection of the lights without rewiring it completely. It is currently a 13 pin connector. The 13 wire conversion we don't have any adapter for. It would take a complete rewiring utilizing some converters like # 118158 to isolate the brake light from the turn signals. The running/parking lights run directly around the adapter, so this would give you the only functions you need. Then you would use # HM48110 or # PK12706 for connection to your vehicle.
