I have a great solution for you but these aren't it. I checked with Putco and the Putco Push-Up Tie-Downs part # P99914 is not a fit for the 1970 Chevrolet K-20.
Instead use the Erickson Retractable Tie-Down Anchors for Truck Bed Stake Pockets part # # EM01003 these will work and will offer the same 1000 lb. capacity.
