Used your formula ,with 5 inch extension to have 3 in clearance. My rig has the max turn technology nose. Can this set up work

Since your Keystone Montana has the max turn technology nose you can install a Reese Goose Box like part # RP85FR that you referenced and tow it with a short bed truck and have needed clearance. A standard width nose would give you clearance issues most likely but with what you have you'd be fine.
From our experiences with the Keystone Montana you have a 1716 pin box so the correct Goose Box is the part # RP94716-61301.
