We do have an option for rear jounce springs that will work for your 1998 Dodge Ram 2500, although I checked with SuperSprings (the manufacturer of SumoSuprings), and there are no SumoSprings that fit a '98 Ram 2500.
Instead, I highly recommend a similar spring, the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, and the correct one for your truck is going to depend on if your 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 is 2WD or 4WD:
- 2WD: Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR3500B
- 4WD: Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR3500
These will work assuming your suspension was unchanged when you switched beds, and are going to do a great job of giving your Ram the support it needs when you are carrying a load. They work like the SumoSprings you mentioned, compressing and absorbing the load that is put on the springs. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
