The Pace Edwards Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-SWFA06A29 that you referenced is very well made and would have no problem at all running through an automatic carwash. Basically this was build to withstand pretty extreme weather so a car wash wouldn't be a problem at all.
