Curt has a similar Class III hitch that fits your 2020 Kia Sportage with the # C13281 but the # 13526 that you referenced is not a fit and would not work.
I attached an install video for this on a similar 2020 Sportage as yours for you to check out.
For trailer wiring you could then use the part # C56321 this is very easy to install and also very reliable.
