Question:

Look at both the CC-255 and Item #333-0005 4,500 Portable RV Generator. It looks like it almost fits but then it doesnt. I am curious with the wheels installed on the Generator clear the edges of the generator platform. Or my other question is the dimensions on the generator with the wheels on or off? I am seriously wanting to buy this but want to make sure it all fits before I do. Thank you in advance,

I may have an option for you but the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier for A-Frame Trailers is not large enough to mount the 4,500-Watt Portable RV Generator - 3,600 Running Watts - Propane or Gas - Electric Start part # 333-0005 that measures 25-3/4" long x 21-3/4" wide x 21-5/8" tall. These are the dimensions with the wheels on but if you were to take them off the generator will still be too wide to fit.

If your trailer has a the common 4" square tube bumper I recommend to use Mount-n-Lock GennyGo Heavy Duty RV Bumper-Mounted Generator and Cargo Carrier Kit part # MNT67FR which is a 24x24" generator carrier that attaches to the bumper of your RV. The carrier allows for 29" inches of length space when overlapped with the bumper the 333-0005 will fit.

If you do not have a square bumper please let me know and I can see what other options we have available.
