Bolt Hole Spacing of Curt C31022 Front Mount Receiver Hitch

I want to know how far between the centers on the bolt holes.

Side to side, all the attachment holes of the Curt # C31022 front mounted receiver are 30-3/8 inches apart. From the receiver end going rearward, the first two mounting holes on the flanges are 2 inches apart. The second and third hole are 6-3/4 inches apart. These measurements are all stated as center to center.
The front mount receiver fits 2002-2007 Jeep Liberty models. I've provided a photo showing the dimensions mentioned above, as well as a link to the installation instructions.

Obviously custom but, how does the bolt hole diagram compare to the curt 310220 for a 2010 Jeep Liberty? Do either have higher ground clearance?
