Nothing in instructions on where to place the 4 large rubber washers!!!

If you check out the 1:45 mark of the review video I attached you can see our installer talk about how the rubber washers of the Phoenix Faucets Hybrid RV Bathroom Faucet # PF232421 are used when installing the faucet. Basically the wider base flange goes on the bottom of the assembly, it's then pushed through the opening in the top of the sink and then the rubber washers go on from the bottom and the screws then tighten against them. This makes everything solid and sealed.
