Question:
In a 2017 430i convertible M Sport, do I have to cut the bumper? As I saw in some models it does require cutting a piece of the bumper.

The time it looks like the fascia would need to be cut is for a 2016 2-series. Since you have a 4-series you should be just fine installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11367 without having to cut into your fascia. Attached is a sample installation video for you on a 4-series.
If you let me know what you plan on using the trailer hitch for I can make some recommendations for you.

I have a 2016 428i convertible X Drive. Will I have to cut a notch out of the bumper to fit the C11367 hitch receiver? The last hitch receiver we bought from you was for a 1999 Saab and it fit perfectly without any cuts...
