Oil Filter Relocation Kit w/ 22 x 1.5 Threaded Filter Landing and Remote Mount to Retain Filter Size

Question:
Looking for kit to fit 2014 Ford F-150 eco boost engine, and be able to use original filter. Engine mount block must have 22 x 1.5 threads as well as remote block same threads.

I checked through all the remote engine oil filter kits we offer, and although # D15725 has a 22 x 1.5 filter landing, it uses a 3/4-16 threaded filter, as do all the remote kits we offer. I've also looked to see if instead of a kit, just a 22 x 1.5 remote mount was available, but unfortunately we do not offer one of those either.
So, if you'd be willing to swap to a 3/4-16 filter, you'd be set.
