The # FM-003-W NightMinder LED Night Light powered by household A/C current, which is usually 120V. Although we don't have a 12V version, we do have a battery powered motion detector lamp, part # NM-Motion-011 that could serve that purpose by providing illumination if you need to mover around in the middle of the night.
