will this bike rack fit on a 2003 Honda Element - we do not have a hitch and want a bike rack that will fit the element and a car

Yes, the Thule Passage 3 Bike Rack, # TH911XT, will fit your 2003 Honda Element. The weight capacity of this bike rack is 105 lbs for 3 bikes.

If you plan on carrying any womens or childrens bikes, then I would recommend picking up the Yakima Tube Top Adapter Bar, # Y02531. Some small or angled bike frames are difficult to mount on bike racks and this bar will allow you to mount the bikes safely and level.
