I believe you are asking for a 1-1/4" hitch for the 2016 Kia Soul. I recommend Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit part # 24915 which is designed for all models of the Kia Soul even the EV model and has a 1-1/4" receiver. I have attached an installation video for your reference. This will give you a Class I 1-1/4" hitch on the back of the Kia Soul.
