For a direct fit catalytic converter for a 1994 Ford F-350 with a 7.5 liter engine, you would need to use # MF55300. This converter was designed as a direct replacement for the factory converter on the truck.
For a universal fit, there are 3 options for a 7.5 liter engine. We have # MF95505, with 2-1/4 inch inlet/outlet diameter. Then we have # MF95506 with 2-1/2 inch inlet/outlet diameter. And we have # MF95509 with a 3 inch diameter inlet/outlet.
The diagrams of the universal converters does not indicate any additional ports or outlets. They appear to be designed more for GM and, believe it or not, Studebaker applications.
