What is the Correct Trailer Wiring Harness for a 2007 Chevy Colorado

I have a 2007 colorado the harness I received is the harness without the ground wire, the video shows install the ground wire, how ever the 2012 colorado harness does not have a ground wire in the video, is this going to be ok, or do I have to get the other kit.

Either wiring harness for the 2007 Chevy Colorado, # 118301 or # 41165, will work fine on the truck. They are different because they are made by different companies. The converter in # 118301 requires a separate ground whereas the other harness # 41165 does not and just uses the ground in the vehicle wiring where it connects. The harness you have will work just fine for you.
