I have a system in a tundra but I’m getting a f250 2016 do I need a new base for fit the racks??

In order to transfer the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack to a 2016 Ford F-250 you will need the Base Rails for Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Racks part # TH21510 if you the 6-3/4' bed or part # TH21010 if you have the 8' bed.
The Base Rails for Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Racks would be different for a Toyota Tundra and Ford F-250.
