Yes, for your 2020 Subaru CrossTrek there are a couple hitch assemblies available from Stealth that are confirmed to fit and will work great.
If you only plan on using the hitch for accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier, the Stealth # 391SUCT18 will work perfectly. If you think you will tow a trailer from time to time as well you will want the Stealth # 391SUCT18T instead, which also includes the needed ball mount component AND wiring for towing.
These are extremely durable and unique hitches that feature a completely hidden design. The receiver itself can be removed from the main crosstube when it's not being used, maintaining the factory appearance of your vehicle (see attached images).
