ProGrip Hunters Hoist with Pulley and Rope Lock Height and Weight Capacity

Question:
Info in ad is not clear.... will this lift a load 20foot from ground level? Also it states capacity of 500 lbs. then 300 lbs. Which is it? Thank you

The rope of the ProGrip Hunter's Hoist with Pulley and Rope Lock # 317-404780 is 20 feet long but since this is a pulley system that would mean the overall height it can lift is less than that since the rope has to travel from the ground to the pulley block and then to the person holding the rope. So realistically it would have ability to lift around 12 to 15 feet depending on how tall the person is on the other end and how high they were willing to reach up. The weight capacity is 300 lbs.
