The only trailer hitch option for a 2006 Saab 9-3 Convertible is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11326 so long as you don't have the SportCombi package or dual exhaust. If you do have both a convertible with SportCombi package or convertible with dual exhaust then there are no trailer hitch options available unfortunately.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver has a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening and is a bolt-on fit with no drilling required. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver will work perfectly with hitch mounted accessories like a bike rack, the Thule Camber 2 part # TH9058 or a trailer if that is what you are looking to do.
