Will the subject bike rack work for 2019 Trek Powerfly 5?

The Kuat Dirtbag Bike Rack # DRT15 requires a 15mm x 100mm axle size. Per the Trek site, the front hub through axle is 15mm on the Powerfly 5 so this will work great for you. From here you would just need to arrange the mounting location and obtain the mounting hardware needed. The video provides some additional details to get you started.
