Will this lock fit over a 4-3/4 inch coupler of a 2020 Jayco Travel Trailer. the Coupler has a 4 3/4 inch wide flange .

The BOLT Trailer Coupler Lock has a 5-1/2 inch inside width, so it will fit the 4-3/4 inch width of the coupler on your 2020 Jayco Travel Trailer with no problem.
There are a couple of different BOLT coupler locks for Fords, and I have added a photo showing the difference between the keys for the BOLT Trailer Coupler Lock - 1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16" Couplers - For Ford Key # BL7032491 and For Ford Side Cut Key # BL7032496.
It looks like you have a 2018 Ford F-350, which means the latter key is likely going to be the right one for your truck.
