Sounds like you have many great outdoor adventures to look forward to! I'm happy to recommend a few solutions here but also a word of caution to check your roof weight limit on your 2020 Honda Civic. Most roof racks are up to 165lbs but it's always limited by your vehicle. Also not sure you mean to do this but mounting both the bike carrier and kayak carrier at the same time could be a challenge or not possible depending on the weight. Your kayaks and V bar would need to be less than 36" wide so that everything could fit give or take for space for the bike's handle bars too.

A solid rack we've had many happy customers use successfully is the Rhino Rack package parts # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK485. The Vortex Aero bars are less noisy, look great, and will securely mount kayak or bike carriers no problem. They are light weight at about 15lbs. I confirmed on the Goodboy page that the Hatchback Special is compatible with aero bars if that is the model carrier you own. Per their fit notes: "The bar should be centered on your crossbars. Your hatch however, may contact the bar when open. You can move the bar forward of center up to a foot, but no more."

For a bike carrier, the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack # TH599000 is my recommendation. It's a wheel mount rack that doesn't make frame contact so your EX8 will continue to look great. It weighs 17 lbs. It uses both a wheel cage and a wheel hook to secure your front tire and a ratchet strap at back. It also can accommodate fat bikes with the use of adapter # TH599100.
