Does Install of Base Plate Kit on 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Remove Tow Hooks

Question:
Does the installation of the Demco base plates on the Trailhawk allow for keeping the 2 tow hooks? I really want to keep them as Ive modified lifted and larger tires for off road.

The Demco Base Plate Kit part # DM9519308 requires the removal of the tow hooks on the front of your 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. If you check out the attached picture you'll see that the base plate kits basically replaces the tow hooks. There are safety chain loops on the base plate kit that could be used in a similar way as the tow hooks.
