The trailer hitch with the most ground clearance for your 2020 Honda Odyssey is the Draw-Tite trailer hitch part # 76170. The receiver tube is the only thing visible once it is installed, so it gives you additional clearance and a cleaner look. The top of the receiver tube is roughly 14 1/2" off the ground, where most of the hitches with visible cross tubes are 12 1/2" off the ground, so you gain an additional 2 inches of clearance.

There are additional steps involved to install this type of hitch, such as removing the fascia and some trimming of the panels under the Odyssey, but the final look and additional ground clearance will be much cleaner. I have attached a video of when I installed this hitch on an Odyssey the same generation as yours for reference and written instructions as well.
